Day 1 Off to a uncertain start
Day 1. I am committing to 100 days of better eating and exercising. NOT mad let's go to the gym exercise or running exercise. No, it will be either walking or incidental (house cleaning, ironing, wall cleaning etc) exercise at least to start with. And eating better means cutting down on junk food and eventually eating none (hopefully). I am currently 79kgs!!!!!!!! I have NEVER been this heavy except when I was pregnant with my first. I have to do something, I feel like the real me is lost somewhere in the blubber. I do not feel comfortable in my own skin and need to shed some bulk and uncover the body I used to have. This blog is to keep me accountable as nothing else really seems to be working. 😊😊😊😊😊
